Getting to Know Dunn Appraisals

I want to reach out and say hello…and Happy Spring! As you may know, spring and summer tend to be the busiest seasons for the residential real estate market. As the Colorado weather and real estate market start heating up, we want to inform you know about our work here at Dunn Appraisals.

Let me tell you a bit about myself and Dunn Appraisals:

I am a state certified real estate appraiser, recognized by Colorado courts as a real estate expert, certified in Collateral Valuations with Bradford Robbins in regression analysis. I have broad experience in valuation/disposition of distressed assets, and work with area builders, investors, lenders and attorneys in consultation assignments. As an expert witness, I have helped in divorce and tax appeal cases. I also specialize in real estate practice for the legal community, which is very different than the work most appraisers deal with. As a broker associate, I can also provide broker price opinions and assist our clients in the marketing and sale of contested or distressed assets. I am a principal in the real estate brokerage firm of Dunn Group/Metro Brokers, with my wife Lori Dunn.

I started Dunn Appraisals over 20 years ago. Since then, we have become the most recognized name in real estate valuation in metro Denver. Our clients know that we are a highly experienced valuation firm dedicated to exacting standards. In order to best serve our clients, we have a full time office staff and fully certified appraisers. We provide a wide variety of valuation products, from traditional URAR summary reports to limited scope valuations. Since 1993, we have valued over 21,000 properties (specializing in Single Family Homes, Condominiums, Townhomes, New Constructions, Investment Property and Land Valuations) in the metro Denver area. We specialize in seven counties: Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Elbert, and Jefferson. We truly understand the Denver market, which helps us provide accurate and timely appraisals.
